Ajman Real Estate in 2025 Sees $1.51B in Q1Deals
The real estate market of Ajman earned the highest value of real estate investment, AED5.54 billion ($1.51 billion) in the first quarter of 2025, 41 % higher than the first quarter of 2024.

January and February Transactions in the Ajman Real Estate
According to Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, the real estate market of the city has witnessed transactions in the following numbers:
January
There were 1321 property transactions in January 2025 with a total value of AED 1.57 billion.
February
There are 1,541 real estate transactions with a total value of AED1.91 billion.
Note: It shows a growth of 27.33 percent compared to the same time frame in 2024.
Transactions in March 2025
Meanwhile, in March 2025, the Ajman real estate market witnessed a transaction of AED2.06 billion.
Note: It is 41 percent more than in the same period in the year 2024.
Reasons for Record Property Transactions in Ajman Real Estate
According to His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi (Director General of the Department), the record March real estate transactions in Ajman happened due to the following reasons:
Registration of Mortgage Transactions
The news also shows that the market has witnessed a higher number of registrations of 156 for mortgage properties. These transactions are valued at AED299 million. Meanwhile, the highest mortgage value is AED 40 million in Al Nuaimiya 3.
Details of Ajman Real Estate Registrations in 2024
According to the Ajman Real Estate Index data, the emirate had 1853 property registrations in 2024. These properties have a value of AED 8.38 billion.
Registration for Development Projects
The total registration for development projects is 594, with a total AED361.8 million value.
Golden Residencies Registrations
There are 1512 property registrations for Golden Residencies with a total value of AED3.82 billion.
Commercial Registrations
There are 391 transactions with a net value of AED5.29 billion for commercial properties.
Residential Property Registrations
Similarly, the residential real estate registration is AED2.12 billion.
Industrial Property Registration
Likewise, the industrial property registrations stand at AED888 million.
